Law No. 124/2017, Article 1, paragraphs 125 to 129, introduced transparency measures in the public funding system.
The Growth Decree (Legislative Decree No. 34 of April 30, 2019 – published in the Official Journal No. 100 of April 30, 2019, converted into Law No. 58 of June 28, 2019), Article 35, addressed this requirement.
