Machine description
Divider and rounder machine with guillotine cutting unit suggestable for any kind of dough, also rested and with high percentage of water. The dough is treated by the traditional “no-stress” system during the lamination and dividing of dough stripes, to go under the guillotine for the most gentle cutting of dough lenghts. Those square dough pieces will be rounded by the Bertuetti process which will give a perfect round result. A few more adjustments allow to get also the best result comparing to different kinds of dough, softer or hard.
